Hay-on-Wye bookshops The Hay-on-Wye Book Festival is over for another year but don’t despair. One of the town’s finest secondhand booksellers has slashed its prices on AbeBooks by 10% until July 15th and this is your chance to pick some antiquarian, secondhand and new books at bargain prices. Hay-on-Wye Booksellers is located in the centre of this famous market town and they have been in business for more than 35 years. Part of their shop is housed in a 17th century building. More than 75,000 books are offered for sale online so their selection is hard to beat. Art, photography, architecture, design, military, history and theology are among their specialties.
